Bulgaria is the up and coming gem of Eastern Europe with a wide range of adventures to explore. Our "Absolute Bulgaria" base in Bansko is right on the doorstep of one of Eastern Europe's best ski resorts. This enables us to offer the best value ski packages of any other ski trip provider in Dubai. The all-season resort offers great skiing during the winter months (Late December - early April) with hiking, mountain biking, rafting and kayaking as options for the summer months. The Pirin Mountains offer some spectacular hiking for all ages and abilities, along with breathtaking views around the seven lakes. We use established, challenging hiking trails for Silver and Gold Duke of Edinburgh International Award expeditions. All DofE expeditions are fully supported by our wilderness first aid trained staff team, vehicles, GPS trackers and experienced local guides; you will also have at least one certified assessor with you on the expedition.

All of our trips start in Bansko, an ancient cobble stoned town on the edge of the Pirin Mountains. There are numerous direct flights between Dubai and Bulgaria each week; Bansko is a comfortable 2.5hr shuttle ride from Sofia Airport. Our hotels are comfortable and friendly with twin/triple en-suite rooms for all. We're often able to reserve the entire hotel for school groups to add to the enjoyment and security of your trip.

Our Bulgaria team is comprised of highly experienced skiers, mountain bikers and mountain guides. All trips are fully supported by a UAE based member of staff. Our UAE team is very knowledgeable about the area, act as your key point of contact before the trip and will travel with you on your Bulgaria Adventure.

Packages generally include flights, free teacher places, travel, medical & mountain insurance plus all technical kit (ski equipment, camping equipment etc.).
