This beginners trek visits one of only a few wadi's in the UAE which have water all year round.  Starting from Fujairah, we'll transport you the the starting point of the trek.  We'll begin in Wadi Hajjar Bani Hamid and ascend out of the wadi to explore an abandoned village.  We may find artififacts like grinding wheels and pottery used for storage here.  The trek then continues on and descends into Wadi Shis where we can explore the Shis Pools area.  Here is a fantastic example of a Falaj (irrigation) system.
