Our Dibba centres are located at the base the Omani Musandam. Our Dibba centres are close to the beach and mountains so that all activities require little or no transfer time. Activities include trekking, mountain biking, survival, archery, orienteering, rock climbing, bouldering, deep water soloing, and weaseling. Water activites include raft building, sea kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding.
The main centre is our Plantation Camp, set in a working date plantation. The camp has a traditional feel to it with large majlis, lanterns, permanent structure, bedouin style tents and a fire pit. Students sleep on bunkbeds in these tents; all rooms have a ceiling fan, power outlets and lights. All food is prepared and served from the kitchens at the camp.
The Plantation camp is located on it's own land with a perimeter secutiy fence. There's enough beds to sleep over 130 people and plenty of room around the camp to not feel crowded. Rooms are in single sex areas with teacher rooms separating the two areas. Bathrooms and shower blocks have hot water and are a 20 second walk from the rooms.
The Adventure Centre is a camp suitable for smaller groups with a maximum capacity of 40. The centre has small majlis areas, a small swimming pool and a large courtyard where students sleep in tented accommodation. Teachers are welcome to sleep in the traditional villa. Food is prepared and served from the kitchens at the adventure centre.
Looking to stay at a hotel rather than the school camp? Accommodation is also available at the Golden Tulip Resort in Dibba; just a short walk from our other centres.
